Great location, really good hospitality, lots of resources available (working heater and tv, kettle in the room with teas, cookies, etc). However, it would be nice if the breakfast wasn't just at the set time (9 am). Overall very comfortable and accomodating.
Our Reply : What this young lady has failed to mention is she checked out at 7am to catch a flight which would have meant a 6.30am breakfast which is a service I do not offer

EXCELLENT HOST! he is very knowlegeable and it was such a cosy time in blackpool because of him.. if not for the owner, we would prob be bored to death in blackpool.. DO NOT MISS THE BREAKFAST! :)

Eddie was a star, made you feel welcome and very friendly. Brilliant location, breakfast was lovely and made you feel like you were at home.

I loved the place! Now, I usually stay at hostels, and this was my first time at a Guesthouse, but I was very impressed. The breakfast was delicious, everyone was nice, and I had my own tv. Plus, I was given a free upgrade from the single to a double. Thanks!!

I thought the property was very clean and well run. It was a great location and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place, the owner was a star. The value cant be argued. and if i ever go back to blackpool, I know where I am staying
